  • good in high winds

  • lots of space

  • also referred to as a low slope roof
  • fail when water poolson them

  • slopes toward the middle
  • captures rain

  • symmetrical sides with two different slopes on each side
  • lots of attic space

  • one of the least common roof styles
  • also referred as kicked eaves roofs

  • sloped down in one direction
  • generally the cheapest and easiest roof to build
